I'm Will. The person who quotes your job is the person who turns up to do it and the person who answers the phone afterwards. Nothing gets handed to a subcontractor you've never met, and nothing gets sold to you by someone on commission.
That also means I'll tell you when something doesn't need doing. Plenty of houses that feel like they need rewiring need a consumer unit and two circuits instead, and you're better off hearing that from me than finding out afterwards.
